By accessing or using the Dorans-bot Discord bot, website (dorans.bot), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Dorans-bot is a Discord bot and web platform that provides League of Legends game tracking, match history, player statistics, leaderboards, and related features. The Service integrates with the Riot Games API and Discord to deliver these features to users and Discord server communities.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Discord account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet Discord's minimum age requirements and have the authority to agree to these terms.

4. User Accounts & Authentication

Authentication is handled through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through your linked accounts. When you link your League of Legends account to Dorans-bot, you authorize us to retrieve and display your publicly available game data.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or misuse the Service in any way
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or Discord's Terms of Service

6. Premium Subscription

We offer a Premium subscription that provides additional features and benefits for Discord servers. Premium subscriptions are purchased through Discord's built-in payment system. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that we have a strict no refund policy. Please ensure that you understand the features included in the Premium subscription before making a purchase. Premium features may be modified or updated at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the bot code, website design, graphics, and text — are owned by Dorans-bot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. League of Legends game data, champion images, item icons, and related assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed will be perfectly accurate. Game data is sourced from the Riot Games API and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorans-bot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including Discord and the Riot Games API. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.
