Adding to Server

How to invite Dorans-bot to your Discord server and get it set up.

Inviting the Bot

Click the invite link below to add Dorans-bot to your server. You'll need the Manage Server permission in the Discord server you want to add it to.

Required Permissions

Dorans-bot needs the following permissions to function properly:

  • Send Messages: Post match alerts and embeds
  • Manage Webhooks: Create webhooks for match alert delivery
  • Manage Roles: Assign rank roles
  • Use External Emojis: Display champion and rank emojis

Initial Setup

Once the bot is in your server, run /setup (or /help) to see a dashboard of all available features and their current status. You can use these commands at any time to check what's configured.

  1. Set your timezone: /config timezone so daily summaries send at the right time
  2. Link accounts: Have your members run /account link with their Riot ID
  3. Set match alerts channel: /config alerts matches #channel
  4. Set leaderboard channel: /config leaderboard #channel
  5. Enable predictions: /config gambling true #channel (optional)
  6. Set promotion alerts: /config alerts promotions #channel (optional)
  7. Set daily summaries: /config daily summary #channel (optional)

Account Limits

Each server can have up to 10 linked summoner accounts by default. Servers with premium status have no limits.
